Single Session Thinking (SST) is an approach where only a single session is booked with the intention of focusing on one or two main issues. This style can be extremely helpful for some people in being able to move forward.
Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home via a video conferencing tool. In-person sessions may be arranged, please inquire.
